apple
peeled and diced

brown sugar

chai spice
(sub with ground cinnamon if not available)

maple syrup

Instructions
Heat a small saucepan to medium heat. Add butter and diced apples.
As the butter starts to melt, add the remaining ingredients and stir.
Let this mixture cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and allow to cool before serving!
Serve over buttermilk pancakes!
